Moving from another provider

How we bring your existing mail, folders and contacts over, and when to change your DNS.

You can switch to CherryMail without losing your history.

1. Create your CherryMail account and add your domain.
2. We copy your existing mail, folders and contacts from your current provider over IMAP. On paid plans we do this with you.
3. Once your mail is in place, update your domain's DNS records so new mail arrives at CherryMail. See DNS records for your domain.

Keep your old account until the DNS change has fully gone through, so nothing sent in the meantime is lost.
