Affiliate program terms

  1. Earn 20% of eligible subscription revenue after discounts and excluding tax. Processor fees do not reduce your commission.
  2. Commission covers the first 12 calendar months from the referred account’s first paid subscription. Free accounts earn nothing until they pay.
  3. Monthly payments earn as they are paid. Annual and multi-year payments earn only on the portion of service within the eligible first year.
  4. The first valid partner link wins for 90 days before signup. Attribution is saved when a new account registers and cannot be added retrospectively.
  5. Each commission waits 30 days after payment. Staff review bank payouts monthly once available earnings reach €50, $50 or £50 in that currency. Currency balances stay separate.
  6. Refunds, disputes and suspected fraud can reduce or hold commission. Paid commission may require recovery before further payouts. Fraud holds require staff review.
  7. Applications require staff approval. Use honest recommendations and disclose your affiliate relationship. Self-referrals, spam, misleading claims and impersonating CherryMail are prohibited.
  8. Approval does not guarantee earnings. We may suspend partners who breach these terms. Contact CherryMail support about attribution, account access or payout reviews.
