Billing terms

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly, or for 1, 2 or 3 years, and renew automatically. 2-year terms are 10% off and 3-year terms 20% off the yearly price.

Refunds

Not happy within 30 days of your first yearly or multi-year purchase? Ask for a full refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades apply instantly and you only pay the difference for the rest of your term. Switch from monthly to yearly anytime. Downgrades take effect at renewal, as long as your mail fits the smaller plan.

When storage runs out

We email you at 80% and 100%. You get a 10% grace buffer so mail keeps arriving. Past that, incoming mail is paused until you upgrade or free up space.
